Why No Refunds?

Digital products, by their very nature, cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. Unlike physical products, which can be physically returned, digital products cannot be "unbought" or returned. Once a customer has purchased and downloaded one of our digital products, they gain access to its contents, which cannot be reversed.
